Yes, ART has become the treatment of choice for athletes. ART is used by Olympic, professional, and amateur athletes all over the US and now growing all over the world. Dr. T.J. McKeon is the team physician for the Lake Wales Highlander Football team, Webber International University bowling team, and has also worked various sporting events including PGA golf championships in Florida, PBA regional events, the Lake Placid Ironman triathlon, various track meets, rowing regattas, and road races. He is also the Team Physician for the Kegel Tournament and Training Center, where he works closely with junior, collegiate, and professional bowlers of all ages.

What are the risks of chiropractic care?

The risks associated with chiropractic are very small. When side effects do occur, they are typically very mild and temporary. The risks and benefits of any suggested treatment will be discussed with you in advance, so that you can make an informed decision about your care.

Will you recommend stretches, exercises and way to prevent re-injury?

Yes, patients will be given home & work instructions to assist their progress and prevent re-injury. ART patients will be given very specific stretches to perform in order to rehabilitate the soft tissue. We also provide rehab in the clinic.
